We have a long and prosperous history with Famous Stars and Straps; the brand is one of our biggest selling and to date is one of our longest running accounts. While many of their peers have come and gone, Famous have stuck to their guns and are still fuelled by the same California lifestyle vibe that the brand has so strongly represented since 1999.

So it is with great pleasure that we are one of the few stockists in the UK to receive the highly limited FSAS x Yelawolf ‘Country Fresh’ pack. In line with FSAS founder Travis Barker’s side project with the famed Alabama rapper Psycho White, the ‘Country Fresh’ pack brings in a range of Yelawolf’s personal influences and combines them with some classic FSAS designs.

The drop consists of three tees; the BOH and Tri State designs are FSAS staples given a countryside inspired real-tree camo flip, while the Yela Reds design is pretty obvious nod to a classic American vice. Also included is a highly limited real tree camo take on the FSAS Canvas Low sneaker, which looks great and is a nice take on the camo craze that has gripped every brand under the sun in recent seasons.

As mentioned previously, we are big fans of XCVB and the brand has become an ubiquitous presence on the streets of Sheffield, getting love from the skaters, ravers and casual shoppers as much as from the streetwear heads. Their newest collection is possibly the strongest yet, featuring an impressive range of tees, sweaters, caps and coaches jackets. The range is classic XCVB, with clean illustrations and tasteful colourways that we’re sure will go down a storm with the brand’s already significant fanbase.

Highlight of the drop for us comes in the form of the Classic Maroon snapback which boasts an unusual 6 panel construction in a lovely maroon twill with a contrasting suede brim and is absolutely perfect for the (hopefully) coming sunny months!

Elsewhere the tees are up to XCVB’s usual high standards. The Chain Gang design is a particular favourite, and the clever inserting of the brand’s name into the bike’s frame is a nice subtle touch.

The flag tee is a nice bold graphic and looks great in red – again, ideal for when the sun comes out!

All in all, it’s another great collection from XCVB and we’re sure it’ll go down a storm. Shop the range here.

We have recently taken delivery of a fresh batch of bangers from The Hundreds. Featuring a whole host of caps, tees, button down shirts and a restock of the ever popular Jon bag, it is another dose of the classic Cali streetwear that we all know and love so well.

Hands down my favourite piece of the collection has to be the hilarious Wawa trucker cap. Featuring an embroidered patch of a Pug on a mesh cap made to the Hundreds’ usual impeccable standards, its a great example of the brand’s tongue in cheek and laid back philosophy. Given how conceptual and serious so many brands approach their collections these days its a breath of fresh air to see a brand do something just for the fun of it!

The Jon bag is a Hundreds staple and is, in our opinion, one of the brand’s best kept secrets. Featuring a super rugged 100 Denier cordura construction, with YKK metal zippers, a 2 year warranty and comes in at a very reasonable £69.99. However, the real icing on the cake comes in the form of the bag’s huge size. It dwarfs respective Eastpak, Jansport and Herschel bags and comes with an inner laptop compartment.

We make no secret about the fact that we are huge fans of 10 Deep. Their collections are always exciting, diverse and delivered at the highest quality; this first installment of their Spring ’13 drop is no exception. Consisting of tees, sweaters, jackets, headwear, cargo pants, accessories and raglans, its a huge range and shows exactly what makes 10 Deep such an exciting brand right now.

The statement piece of the collection has to be the Paradise crewneck. Constructed of super heavyweight ‘Nitevision’ patterned cotton and finished with heavy duty chain stitched applique detailing on the back and sleeves, its a classic example of 10 Deep’s unmatched quality and attention to detail. As with all of the patterns in the range, Nitevision features on a number of other pieces (most notably the Elbows In shirt and Cush varsity jacket). The Nightwork and Nightfall tees are classic examples of 10 Deep’s wild and eclectic use of patterned fabrics. The Nightwork tee is a 10 Deep staple, and this time features a gorgeous all over print navy roses pattern, while the Nightfall longsleeved tee features a hood, front kangaroo pocket and an all over tiger camo pattern which has been subsequently dip dyed. While we have included it in the t-shirts section of the store, it is essentially a very lightweight hoody and would make an ideal spring layering piece. The navy roses pattern also appears on raglans, snapbacks, 5 panels and wallets, while the tiger camo can be seen on snapbacks and wallets.

A few nice graphic tees and the (again dip-dyed) snakskin Scout backpack finish the range off. Overall the range is solid as ever, and is sure to go down a storm on the streets of Sheffield.
